CFA crews have been called to a hazmat incident at St Leonard’s Pier, with a mystery drum found underneath the pier.
Emergency services were called to Bluff Road around 8.30am on Friday, with FRV supporting CFA to remove the drum.
The drum will be taken away for testing, with the scene declared safe at 9:23am.

Victoria Police were also on scene and Park Victoria has been notified.
