Another horror day on local roads on Wednesday.
A three vehicle crash at Gerringhap saw two people hospitalised with non-life threatening injuries.
“It is believed a Nissan Patrol driving on the Midland Highway, collided with a Ford Ranger, which then collided with a car about 4.35pm,” police said in a statement.
“All vehicles were driving west towards the intersecting Fyansford-Gherinhap Road.
“The driver of the Nissan, a 46-yeaqr-old Teesdale man was conveyed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
“The driver of the Ford Ranger, a 29-year-old Teesdale man, was hospitalised with non-life-threatening injuries.
“The driver of the Holden Captiva, a 52-year-old Bannockburn woman, was uninjured.”
Two cars crashed on Melbourne Road in North Geelong within 500 metres of each other.
It came after a 68-year-old woman was taken to hospital in a critical condition after being hit by a car on Latrobe Terrace yesterday morning.
