An Ocean Grove man has been arrested over an alleged incident in a toilet block at Torquay.
Police were called to the Esplanade on Wednesday afternoon to reports of a man acting suspiciously, and who was also scantily clad.
A 74-year-old was arrested for sexual exposure.

He is expected to face the Geelong Magistrates Court later this year.
Sergeant Lee Kendrick said they took that type of offending very seriously.
“Police will now work with Council to ramp up patrols of public amenities,” Sgt Kendrick said.
