Two people have been arrested over a spate of electric bike and scooter thefts in Ocean Grove.
E-bikes and e-scooters were allegedly stolen from caravan parks and public places over the last two months.
A 26-year-old man, of no fixed address, and a 26-year-old woman from Clifton Springs have been arrested.

Detectives say the man has been remanded to face court today on ten counts of theft and other charges.
The woman was released pending further enquiries.
Investigations are continuing and anyone with information is being urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
