A man has been flown to hospital following a crash between a motorbike and ute in Leopold.
Emergency services were called to the Bellarine Highway just after 6.30am.
The motorcyclist was flown to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne in a critical condition.
The driver of the ute, a Leopold man, was not injured and stopped at the scene.
His two passengers were also uninjured.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit are now investigating.
The Bellarine Highway has been closed between Kensington Road and Melaluka Road, Geelong bound.
It is also closed between Clifton Avenue and Vicarage Road, heading towards Wallington.
