Geelong Mums co-founder Kate Betts has joined the Geelong Football Club board as a Director.
She replaces Dr Hugh Seward, who recently stepped down after 12 years on the board.
Ms Betts is currently on the board of the Geelong Cats Foundation.
Cats president Craig Drummond said they were looking forward to seeing more of Ms Betts’ progressive thinking and signature care on the board.
“Not only is Kate herself a passionate Geelong person, but she is passionate about supporting and advancing all Geelong people,” Mr Drummond said.
“Kate’s advocacy of, and dedication to, the Geelong community has seen her spark action, lead change, and always demonstrate the service mindset that we aspire to emulate.”
