Officers pulled over a 22-year-old man in Corio around 3pm Friday, after noticing the car’s fuel tank was hangning on the ground.

He is also facing charges, while his car has been impounded.

Police say they intend to ramp up their Operation Halo patrols for the rest of the year, warning suspended drivers on the roads are dangerous and uninsured.
