A man has been injured in an assault in Corio.
Police believe the man was attacked by a group of people near Kilpatrick Street around 3.30pm Sunday.
He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It is not known if any arrests have been made at this stage.
However, anyone who saw the assault or who may have information is being urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
