Victoria Police will manage rolling road closures, with delays of 15-20 minutes expected.

Organisers have said all towns will remain open and accessible, including Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove, Torquay and Moriac, with the exception of when the race passes through for 15–20 minutes.

Latrobe Terrace will remain open in Geelong at all times to help traffic flow.
