A P-Plater has lost her license for 12 months after she was allegedly caught driving at high speed on the Geelong Ring Road in the early hours of Tuesday morning.Police say they detected the 19-year-old driving at 154km/h along the Princes Hwy in the Waurn Ponds area at around 2.30am.
The teenager copped a fine worth almost $1,000.

She also had her license suspended for 12 months, which she had only held for less than a year.
