A teenager has been arrested for allegedly assaulting police officers near the Torquay Surf Life Saving Club.Officers were called to the Club around 5.50pm on Monday evening, with reports a man was substance effected and acting violent and threatening bystanders.
On arrival, police say they were assaulted by the 19-year-old before he was eventually subdued and arrested.

The Bulleen teen has been charged with multiple accounts of Assault an Emergency worker and resisting arrest and will appear at the Geelong Magistrates Court later this year.
