Police are investigating an assault at the Geelong train station.
Emergency services were called to the station on Mercer Street just after 5pm Monday.
A teenage boy was found injured and taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are trying to work out exactly what happened.
They are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
