A police patrol first spotted the orange Isuzu ute driving erratically behind the Geelong police station at approximately 12.40am on Wednesday, with later reports coming in from Newtown, South Geelong and East Geelong.
The pursuit ended after Highway Patrol officers deployed a tyre deflation belt, known as a Stop Stick, in Tully Street, East Geelong.
The ute came to a halt in nearby Garden Street a short time later where the trio was arrested.
A 29-year-old East Geelong man has been charged with dangerous driving whilst being pursued by police, unlicenced driving, drug driving, theft of a motor vehicle and other traffic offences.
A 28-year-old Grovedale woman has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle as well as deception offences.
Both have been remanded in custody and will face court in Geelong at a later date.
An 18-year-old Norlane male was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and was granted bail.
Police allege the ute was stolen from a Geelong residence on the night of July 24.
