Cats president Grant McCabe says the club is continuing to push for better Wi-Fi at GMHBA Stadium.
Football fans have expressed frustration at mobile and Wi-Fi issues during big events.
“We’re banging the drum as hard as anybody when it comes to needing to have the right facilities here for people to be able to connect with each other, to be able to get all the stats that they need to be able to really absorb the game,” Mr McCabe told Geelong Broadcasters.
“We are really banging on hard with the AFL, working with Telstra to get a great outcome for this stadium.
“There’s no doubt about it, we have to get it fixed.”
Meantime, there were water issues in the Brownlow Stand during the Cats/Suns clash on Friday night.
There was reportedly no running water in parts of the stand during the second half of the game.
The Kardinia Park Stadium Trust says it was made aware of an issue, with the services team working to resolve those quickly.
It says it was rectified during the third quarter, with a limited number of intermittent issues, which were worked on straight away.
