The BoM has issued a Severe Weather Warning for parts of the Otways and the Surf Coast, especially between Apollo Bay and Anglesea, with winds of between 50 and 60km/h and possible damaging gusts of up to 90km/h.

The wind should ease this afternoon but will redevelop when a cold front moves through on Friday morning.

Updates and more information can be found at the Bureau of Meteorology website.
