John Crowe will not be joining the Golden Plains shire council.
In the latest controversy for the embattled council, Crowe won’t join the council despite winning a count-back last week following Brett Cunningham’s resignation.
It’s understood Crowe failed to return his written declaration within the 48 hour time frame.

Attention now turns to Dom Cook, the last person to run in the election last year, who is now able to take the final position.
