CFA crews have been called to a house fire in Torquay.
They were called to Grossmans Road just before 3.20pm Monday, finding the blaze at an abandoned property.
No-one was inside the property at the time.

Up to ten CFA units were on scene alongside FRV.
It was under control within 30 minutes.
Police say the cause is still to be determined.
They are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
