A Grovedale house has gone up in flames for the second time in a year.
Emergency services were called to the abandoned property on Heyers Road around 5pm Tuesday, finding no-one inside.
The flames were brought under control within 15 minutes.

Detectives are now investigating, with the blaze deemed suspicious.
