UPDATE:A Norlane man has been arrested following a collision at the intersection of Thompson Rd and Donnybrook Rd on Tuesday afternoon.
It’s alleged a Ford Falcon and a Ford Territory collided about 1.30pm and the Falcon fled the scene.
A 23-year-old man was allegedly behind the wheel of the Ford Territory and arrested nearby.
Police are currently searching for the driver of the Falcon.
Anyone that may have dash-cam footage or that may have witnessed the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Emergency crews have been called to a crash in Norlane, with reports a car has run into a fence at the intersection of Thompson Rd and Donnybrook Rd.
The incident occurred around 1.30 pm on Tuesday afternoon, one witness told Geelong Broadcasters the road has been closed in both directions.
“There’s a fire engine, there’s police, there’s an ambulance and there’s a couple of cars on the nature strip that are all smashed in,” the witness said.
It’s unclear at this stage if there have been any injuries, the scene is safe and has been handed to Victoria Police.
