A high school in Armstrong Creek has been sent into lockdown on Thursday reports of online threats.
Police say they attended the school along Batten Road just before 2pm to a conduct a safety check.
Students were ordered to stay in their classrooms as police assessed the situation, it’s unclear what the nature of the threats were.
Officers say the scene was deemed safe and investigations remain ongoing in relation to the incident.
Last month a school in Grovedale was sent into lockdown after a teenager reportedly made prank calls.
An 18-year-old woman from St Leonards was arrested and charged over the incident at Grovedale College on February 14.
