A doorbell camera has helped in the arrest two men in relation to a home invasion in Belmont.
Police believe two armed offenders got into the Oberon Drive property just after 9am Friday.
The resident was not home at the time, but was notified by the doorbell camera.
She called Triple Zero and returned home to be confronted by two of the offenders.
Police say neighbours managed to restrain the men until officers arrived, arresting the pair.
The resident was not physically hurt.
They believe two females fled the scene in a grey Volkswagon with stolen plates.
It was found dumped a short time alter on Tanunda Grove.
A 27-year-old Norlane man and a 26-year-old from Altona North will be interviewed.
