A teenager from the Greater Geelong area is among four teenagers arrested over an alleged incident in Werribee.
Police allege a speeding stolen blue BMW was spotted in Mambourin late Saturday night.
They saw a passenger being dropped off at Wyndham Train Station before the vehicle continued to Werribee, where it eventually got bogged outside a fast-food drive-thru.
The alleged driver, a 16-year-old boy, and two 14-year-old male passengers from the Wyndham area were arrested.
Police say a 13-year-old boy from Greater Geelong was arrested at the train station.
All will be interviewed.
It is alleged the vehicle had earlier been stolen from a Keilor East property.
